Dr. Andi Woodbury
I am a board-certified psychiatrist offering integrative care for adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood instability, or burnout. My work emphasizes thoughtful assessment, collaborative decision-making, and care that fits realistically into your life.
I aim to create a space where concerns can be explored carefully and treatment plans feel clear, intentional, and supportive of both current needs and long-term goals.
My aim is that every person I work with will feel seen, heard, understood, and appreciated for their own uniqueness. I believe that when people can understand and even appreciate the entire journey that brought them to now, they can set, navigate, and achieve goals that expand their possibilities moving forward.

Outside the Office
When I'm not working, you can find me doing a lot of outdoor activities. I love Colorado and find that walking, hiking, and biking are my personal meditations that help keep me centered. I can also be found reading, researching, or curling up with my animals. I enjoy trying new things and have been known to swim, play volleyball, ski (both kinds), or try my very amateur hand at mountain and night-scape photography.
